PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce battery consumption in a coarse radio wave condition.SOLUTION: A control unit 30 in a PHS communication terminal 100 searches for a plurality of bit arrangement portion among an electric signal converted in a radio unit 20. When the number of unsuccessful searches reaches a prescribed number, the control unit 30 shifts to a state of executing open search operation, and when the number of shift times to the state of executing the open search operation reaches a prescribed number, changes to elongate a period interval of a standby state to execute operation of confirming the presence or absence of an originating/incoming call, and shifts to a power saving mode to suspend power supply to an unused circuit within the terminal. |
