PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a noise caused by a special signal with a small amount of memory and calculation in a short time without being limited by a kind of warning beep or use conditions.SOLUTION: A noise signal suppression device includes: a sound collection section (201) which collects ambient sounds and outputs a sound signal of a time domain; a time/frequency conversion section (202) for converting the sound signal of the time domain into a frequency signal of a frequency domain; an independent peak spectrum extraction section (290) for extracting a peak spectrum having independence from the converted frequency signals; and a noise signal suppression section (206) for suppressing a noise signal on the basis of the peak spectrum extracted by the independent peak spectrum extraction section. The structure suppresses the noise signal by using the independence of the peak spectrum.
