PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light radiation device which is not easily affected by heat emitted by an ultraviolet light emitting element itself and realizes relatively high ultraviolet radiation energy even when the mounting density of the ultraviolet light emitting element is set so as to be relatively high.SOLUTION: A light radiation module includes: a light radiation device 2 where light emitting elements 20 are disposed on one main surface 11a of a substrate 10; and a plate like heat radiation member 100 which is disposed on the other main surface 11b side of the substrate 10 to correspond to the light radiation device 2 through an adhesive 120 and is used for radiating heat generated by driving of the light radiation device 2. The heat radiation member 100 includes: through holes 100a disposed at positions corresponding to the light emitting elements 20; and heat transmission members 110 that are inserted into the through holes 100a and may move in an axial direction of the through hole 100a. The heat transmission members 110 contact with the other main surface 11b of the substrate 10 or are adhered to the other main surface 11b through the adhesive 120. This structure makes the light radiation module less likely to be affected by heat emitted by the light emitting elements 20 and realizes relatively high light radiation energy. |
