PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a color filter preventing generation of failures such as pattern peeling, non-uniformity in line width, defective shapes and residues, and to provide a color filter manufactured by the method and a liquid crystal display device using the color filter.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a color filter comprises: applying a photosensitive resin composition comprising at least one pigment (A) selected from the group consisting of black, red, green and blue pigments, an alkali-soluble resin (B) having an acid value of 200 mg to 300 mg/KOH, a photopolymerizable compound (C), a photopolymerization initiator (D) and a solvent (E), on a transparent substrate and drying the coating film; exposing the film through a photomask; and developing the film by use of an alkali developing solution containing at least a basic compound (F) and an anionic polymeric surfactant (G). |
