PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine existence of supply compatible with a lubricating oil shortage and reflect the determination to warning configured at low cost, and thereby improve merchantability.SOLUTION: When a relationship between an oil level and an oil temperature is shown by a straight line La, an oil amount warning light illuminates as the oil level falls below a lower-limit level LV at a point A at a first set temperature T1, and after lubricating oil is supplied by a certain amount, the relationship between the oil level and the oil temperature changes to relationship shown by a straight line Lb moved in parallel from the straight line La in an increasing direction of oil level. Determination is started at a second set temperature T2 lower than the first set temperature T1 and then when lubricating oil is supplied, the oil level reaches a position where the oil amount warning lamp goes out at a point B on the straight line Lb, so that it can be properly identified whether the lubricating oil is supplied. Alternatively, when lubricating oil is not supplied, an oil amount warning lamp goes on at a point C on the straight line La, and such a situation can be surely prevented that the oil amount warning lamp is not on when an engine starts in spite of a shortage of lubricating oil amount. |
