PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shot peening apparatus capable of softly supplying a workpiece to a conveying device while preventing scatter of shot particles.SOLUTION: A shot peening apparatus for performing shot peening to a workpiece includes a workpiece-mounting device 40 which is disposed below a supply port 58 and above conveying devices 24a, 24b, and which mounts, on the conveying devices, a workpiece W supplied to the supply port. The workpiece-mounting device 40 includes: a first rotating member 64a having first contact members 68a which abuts on the workpiece; and a second rotating member 64b which is disposed on the side of the first rotating member with a space therebetween, which has second members 68b abutting on the workpiece, and which rotates in synchronization with the first rotating member. In a state where the workpiece W is held by the first contact members 68a and the second contact members 68b, when the first rotating members 64a and the second rotating members 64b rotate, the workpiece W is mounted on the conveying devices. |
