PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress sense of incompatibility of a driver relating to previous notice of idling stop.SOLUTION: An ECU 8 includes: an information determination part 814 for determining whether an informing condition which is a condition for informing idling stop of an engine 1 is satisfied; an information part 815 for informing that the condition for the idling stop is satisfied, when the information condition is determined to be satisfied; a stop determination part 816 for determining whether a stop condition which is a condition for the idling stop is satisfied, during a period from a point when the information is done to a point when operation of the idling stop is executed; and a prohibition part 817 prohibiting execution of the operation of the idling stop, when the stop condition is determined not to be satisfied. The determination part 816 changes at least a part of the stop condition to a condition which is more easily satisfied, when the information condition is informed to be satisfied. |
