PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for a tire capable of maintaining an appearance of a tire in a good condition without degrading ozone resistance, and to provide a pneumatic tire.SOLUTION: A rubber composition for a tire comprises a rubber component, which includes at least one of a diene synthetic rubber and natural rubber, and a conjugate diene compound-nonconjugate olefin copolymer, and which is blended with, as a surfactant, at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a polyethyleneglycol monocarboxylic acid ester, polyethyleneglycol monoalkylether, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, and (five-member ring or six-member ring type) polyoxyalkylene alkenylether ammonium sulfate (expressed by general formula (e)). |
