PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow communication between a mobile terminal possessed by a user and a robot, and to facilitate continuation of exercise practice.SOLUTION: A robot includes: a robot reception part for receiving exercise plan information from a mobile terminal having recorded the exercise plan information showing a plan of exercise performed by a user; a control part performing control to perform exercise drive based on the received exercise plan information; a robot recording part for recording exercise drive information representing a result of the exercise drive; and a robot transmission part for transmitting the exercise drive information to the mobile terminal. |
