PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a method and a device for fitting an ornament on cloth without using a needle or the like.SOLUTION: An elastic block 11 having adjacent sides 19 and 20 joined at one end the opposite sides of a front side 18 respectively and parallel to each other or narrowing backward, is disposed with the front side 18 brought into contact with the back of cloth 12. Opening-closing members 14 and 15 attached detachably to hitching parts 28 and 29 are attached to a clip material 13 equipped with holding plate parts 26 and 27 joined integrally, in a bent state, to the opposite ends of a rectangular plate part 25 and has the hitching parts 28 and 29 provided at the tips of the holding plate parts 26 and 27. The tip sides of the paired holding plate parts 26 and 27 are opened and the elastic block 11 is held together with the cloth 12 by the holding plate parts 26 and 27 of the clip material 13. The opening-closing members 14 and 15 are removed from the tips of the holding plate parts 26 and 27, and an ornament 17 is fitted detachably to the rectangular plate part 25 of the clip material 13 by the medium of face-like fasteners 16 stuck thereto respectively beforehand. |
