MORTAR EXFOLIATION DEVICE FOR RECYCLED AGGREGATES USING MULTIPLEX DELAY BOARDS

PURPOSE: A mortar exfoliation device for recycled aggregates using multiplex delay boards is provided to improve a exfoliating ability and to improve a grain shape by increasing time and density of contact between a stirrer, a cylinder, and an aggregate. CONSTITUTION: A mortar exfoliation device for recycled aggregates using multiplex delay boards comprises a main frame (10) formed of a square frame; a cylinder (20) that is installed on the main frame at a constant grade to be rotated by a driving apparatus (21) and includes wavy bumps (23) for avoiding friction contact with the aggregate on an inner surface; multiplex delay boards (30) that are formed of multiple fixed ring plates arranged and fixed on the cylinder and divides an inside of the cylinder into partitions such that a space (22) between the cylinder and the fixed ring plate is gradually reduced by gradually increasing an external diameter of the ring plate from a side of an inlet to a side of an outlet of the cylinder; and a stirrer (40) that includes stirring wings at a constant interval on a central axis so as the stirring wings are rotated in the cylinder by a driving device (43) connected to the central axis. Thus, exfoliation is performed as the inserted aggregate gradually passes through the space divided by the multiplex delay boards while the stirrer and the cylinder rotate in reverse directions.
