PURPOSE: A switchgear assembly having a built-in eco-friendly energy-saving power quality recovery equipment is provided to quickly recover abnormal current flowing in a power line or a neutral line, thereby preventing generation of overvoltage. CONSTITUTION: A power quality recovery equipment comprises a reverse phase detector to detect a reverse phase of a power line; a disconnection detector (210) to detect whether a neutral line is disconnected; a current detector (220) detects flow of abnormal current in the neutral line and the power line; a temperature detector to detect a temperature of the neutral line; and a controller (250) to generate a control signal for cutting off electric power.
