PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively derive a possibility of being affected with the cerebral disorder by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A cerebral disorder diagnosis support apparatus 100 includes: an image display unit 114 for displaying an image for an examination; infrared irradiation units 116a and 116b; imaging units 118a and 118b for generating diagnosis image data; a block segmentation unit 152 for segmenting the image displayed on a display surface 114a into a plurality of blocks; a pupil calculation unit 154; a visual line calculation unit 156; a fixation point deriving unit 158 for deriving whether or not there is a fixation point of a subject for each of a plurality of blocks on the basis of visual line information; an information accumulation unit 160 for accumulating results derived by the fixation point deriving unit for every block; and an operation unit 162 executing a prescribed calculation on the basis of the accumulated results and determining whether or not there is a possibility of the cerebral disorder in the subject.
