ORAL MONOBLOC MAD TO PREVENT SNORING WITH FREEDOM OF MINOR TMJ AND MANDIBULAR MOVEMENTS

PURPOSE: An oral device preventing snoring caused by mandibular type lower jaw advancement which enables small movement of a lower jaw and a temporomandibular joint is provided to prevent snoring and a sleep apnea syndrome by smoothening the supply of oxygen through a horizontal thorough hole in the center of a base which supports and forms an upper tooth fixing groove and a lower tooth operating groove as a uniform body. CONSTITUTION: An oral device preventing snoring caused by mandibular type lower jaw advancement which enables small movement of a lower jaw and a temporomandibular joint comprises an upper tooth fixing groove (51) which accommodates upper tooth in a fixed state; a lower tooth operating groove (61) which accommodates the lower tooth in a vertical direction with distance of 0.5-2.0 millimeters and to a horizontal direction with distance of 0.3-0.5 millimeters enabling movement; a maxillomandibular frame which forms the upper tooth fixing groove and the lower tooth operating groove in a uniform body; and a horizontal thorough hole (54) which is formed in the maxillomandibular frame on a corresponding area of front tooth between the upper tooth fixing groove and the lower tooth operating groove.
