PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material giving a coating film satisfying a low frictional coefficient and high scratch resistance, chipping resistance and corrosion resistance at high levels at the same time.SOLUTION: There is provided a coating material containing an ultra-high-molecular weight polyethylene powder having a viscosity-average molecular weight of 100,000-10,000,000, density of ≥915 kg/mand an average particle diameter of ≤150 μm as a component (a). Preferably, the coating material further contains a thermosetting resin as a component (b) at a mass ratio of (a) to (b) ((a)/(b)) of from 99.99/0.01 to 0.1/99.9. More preferably, the component (a) has an average particle diameter of ≤110 μm. |
