PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer which is capable of changing by type of job whether to perform switching of storage parts in a group if an amount of sheets becomes a predetermined amount.SOLUTION: If the type of a received job is set in a storage part that is specified by the received job, when an amount of sheets in the storage part which is a conveyance source of sheets becomes a predetermined amount during the job, control is performed in such a manner that conveyance source of sheets is switched to another storage part which is registered in the same group as the storage part specified by the job. If the type of the received job is not set in the storage part that is specified by the received job, when an amount of sheets in the storage part which is the conveyance source of sheets becomes the predetermined amount during the job, control is performed in such a manner that printing is stopped without switching the conveyance source of sheets to another storage part. |
