PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform authentication processing of software introduced to a low order controller only by a high order controller without developing model number information of software for each low order controller.SOLUTION: A high order controller 20 includes: a storage part 23 for storing a high order controller function model number definition file in which an identifier showing each function of software and an identifier showing whether each function is valid or invalid in the high order controller 20 are defined in association and a low order controller function model number definition file in which the identifier and an approved number showing the number of low order controllers 30 whose functions are respectively available are defined in association; and an authentication processing part 24 for generating authentication information showing the number of the low order controllers 30 in which the use of the respective functions which are determined to be valid in the high order controller function model number definition file is authenticated on the basis of the low order controller function model number definition file. The high order controller 20 executes the respective functions whose use has been authorized in the low order controllers 30 whose number is not more than the number shown by the authentication information among the plurality of low order controllers 30. |
