The invention provides a washer capable of preventing a lead guided out from a damper from being bent. An upper end part of a shaft (23) belonging to a damper (21) of a suspension rack (7) is connected with a water tank. The lower end part of a shaft (23) of a cylinder (22) is connected with an installing board (28) fixed in the frame body of the washer through a bearing part (67) having flexible materials such as rubber, etc. The bearing part (67) is made to stop rotating around the axis direction of the cylinder (22) relative to the lower end part of the cylinder (22). The bearing part (67) is further made to stop rotating around the axis direction of the cylinder (22) relative to the installing board (28). |
