PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide non-transparent ice having the same density as transparent ice, and a method of making the non-transparent ice.SOLUTION: For non-transparent ice 1, a plurality of planar non-transparent layers 2 containing impurities are laminated. In the method of making the non-transparent ice 1, raw water 13 is made to intermittently flow down to ice making part surfaces 14 and 15 and the plurality of planar non-transparent layers 2 are formed on the ice making surfaces 14 and 15. |
