PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To emphasize a video the image features of which change.SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus includes an extraction means for receiving a frame included in a video and extracting the image features for each frame, a delay means for storing and delaying the image features extracted by the extraction means, a determination means for comparing the image features extracted by the extraction means with the image features delayed by the delay means, and determining change of the image features, a storage means for storing the frame in which the image features changed, when a determination is made that the image features changed by the determination means, an output means for outputting any one of a frame input or a frame stored in the storage means, and a control means for controlling the output means to output a predetermined number of frames stored in the storage means continuously to the storage means, when a determination is made that the image features changed by the determination means. |
