PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading and packaging device and a loading and packaging method, capable of preventing, even if solar cell modules stacked in a horizontal position are distorted due to vibration during conveyance or the like, contact or collision between vertically adjacent solar cell modules, and further reducing the horizontal movement of the solar cell modules by the vibration during conveyance.SOLUTION: A loading and packaging device A for stacking and packaging solar cell modules 100 in a horizontal position includes: a rectangular substrate portion 1; support members 2 which are raised at four positions of the substrate portion 1 to support corner portions 100a of each of the horizontally stacked solar cell modules 100 respectively; and cushioning members 5 which are laterally fitted to a set of facing edges 100b of each horizontally stacked solar cell module 100 respectively to hold the solar cell module 100. |
