PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid access concentration to a management server while specifying an access time to the management server to be a time demanded by a user.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 10 obtains data which indicates time width for dispersing access to the management server 20 in each period of time, specifies the time width corresponding to the time designated by a user on the basis of the acquired data, selects an access time to the management server 20 according to a predetermined criterion within a time range on the basis of the designated time and the specified time width, and accesses to the management server 20 on the basis of the selected access time. |
