The first device 2 includes a &Dgr;&Sgr; modulator 25 for outputting a quantization signal by performing &Dgr;&Sgr; modulation for the RF signal, and a transmission unit 26 for transmitting the quantization signal output from the &Dgr;&Sgr; modulator 25 to the signal transmission line 4. The second device 3 includes a reception unit 32 for receiving the quantization signal from the signal transmission line 4, a buffer 33 for storing the quantization signal received by the reception unit 32, and an output unit 34 for outputting the quantization signal stored in the buffer 33.
