PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of suppressing vibrations of a soundproof wall due to fluctuating loads such as an earthquake or a wind pressure when a train passes while avoiding resonance with the fluctuating loads.SOLUTION: A system for selecting a vibration countermeasure for a soundproof wall is applied to the soundproof wall erected at a side edge part of a superstructure configuring an overpass, and comprises: an accelerometer 7 installed to the soundproof wall; a micrometer machine 6 installed on a floor plate configuring the superstructure; a pressure anemometer 8 installed to the soundproof wall; and an arithmetic processing part 9 for performing prescribed arithmetic processing using respective measured values obtained in the accelerometer 7, the micrometer machine 6 and the pressure anemometer 8. The arithmetic processing part 9 includes a soundproof wall evaluation part 11, an overpass elasticity natural period calculation part 12, an overpass equivalent natural period calculation part 13, a train wind pressure evaluation part 14, and a vibration countermeasure selection part 15. |
