PURPOSE: A coil winding device and a wound coil thereby are provided to reduce a failure rate by identically controlling the tension of both end points and forming a thin coil. CONSTITUTION: A coil(C) is wound around a tensioning device and an inductive roll(12) is transferred by a traverse. A control device moves to the front and back inside a frame(F). A first jig(20) comprises a core which rotates to wind an A layer of the coil. A second jig(30) comprises a guide portion which rotates to wind a B layer of the coil. A winding portion receives the B layer of the coil near the second jig. A fixing finger(41) fixes the end portions of the coil. An auxiliary jig(40) controls the tension of the B layer of the coil while being rotated by the second jig. A driving device(50) transfers equal rotary power while being connected to the first and second jigs. |
