PURPOSE: A method to manufacture muscle layers and outer covers of models for animatronics is provided to easily manufacture the muscle layer and the outer cover of the model in a single member to have different thickness by differently adding the load applied to a driving unit for driving the model by corresponding parts of the model. CONSTITUTION: A method to manufacture muscle layers and outer covers of models for animatronics comprises the following steps: manufacturing an original form corresponding to the model; forming a first mold corresponding to the original form; forming a second mold by coating a first coating material inside the first mold as the thickness of the outer cover; forming a third mold by coating a second coating material on a predetermined area of the first coating material as the thickness of the muscle layer; forming a mold (4) for forming the muscle layer by separating materials for forming the mold from the third mold; coating materials for forming the mold to the second mold and forming a mold (5) for forming the outer cover by separating the materials from the second mold; forming the muscle layer by injecting materials for forming the muscle layer in a first space formed by arranging the mold for forming the outer cover on the mold for forming the muscle layer; and forming the outer cover on the muscle layer by injecting the material for forming the outer cover in a second space formed by arranging the first mold in the mold for forming the muscle layer. |
