PURPOSE: A fixing groove molding apparatus of a pipe for an adjustable shelf is provided to shorten the production time of a pipe for an adjustable shelf in which a fixing groove is formed, thereby reducing production cost and consumer expenditure. CONSTITUTION: A fixing groove molding apparatus of a pipe for an adjustable shelf includes a main body frame (100), a pipe fixing unit (200), a driving motor (300), a thrust bearing (400), a press mold (500), and a hydraulic cylinder (600). The main body frame includes a support frame (110) formed on an upper surface. The pipe fixing unit has a clamping jaw (210) that is provided to fix one end of pipe (P) and rotate. The driving motor receives rotating force generated by a gear and a driving shaft by using a drive transferring unit. The driving motor is provided so that the pipe is rotated by the received rotating force. The thrust bearing is provided on the same horizontal line as the clamping jaw in the other side of the main body frame. The press mold is positioned on the upper side of outer circumferential edge of pipe that is fixed to the clamping jaw and the thrust bearing. The hydraulic cylinder is coupled to the support frame, and is provided so as to vertically move the press mold. |
