PURPOSE: A touch misrecognition prevention method and a memory medium and a portable terminal possible to read with a machine are provided to sense bending or folding generated in an input device of a flexible device, thereby providing a state of the terminal to a user. CONSTITUTION: When a difference between output values of each sensing point of a reference line and previous offset values set for the sensing points is over a preset first threshold (TH1), a control unit increases an offset number (NB) as much as 1 (S520, S550). The control unit compares the NB with a preset second threshold (TH2). If the NB and the TH2 are identical, the control unit determines that the reference line has a bending error, thereby updating the offset values (S560, S570).
