Invention herewith described refers to the method of delivery loud audio messages to mobile devices using MMS technology which allows creating, transfer and reception of audio messages that are upon receipt automatically loudly reproduced through the speakerphone of the receiving mobile device, without the need for the recipient to interact with the mobile device. Into certain messages on MM1 interface like MM1_submit.REQ, MM1_notification.REQ, MM1_retrieve .RES there is inserted a new parameter value that indicates the transfer of the loud audio message. MMS UA has to be enhanced for sending and receiving these messages. At the sender side, the message is labeled as such, while at the recipient side it is automatically reproduced according to the indication of the parameter in MM1_notification.REQ, MM1_retrieve.RES. At the side of the network, MMS Relay/Server, based on the white list created by the recipient, checks whether the sender is authorized to send this kind of messages to the recipient.
