SILICON INGOT MULTIPROCESSING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A multi-processing machine for silicon ingot is provided to easily maintain quality with a proper processing degree and processing time. CONSTITUTION: A multi-processing machine for silicon ingot comprises a main frame (5), a first clamping device (4), a second auto loading device (12), a second clamping device (9), and a pair of second grinding devices (10). The second auto loading device pulls up the silicon ingot ground by the first grinding device from the first clamping device. The second auto loading device is installed at the center of the main frame. The second clamping device moves in a longitudinal direction from the back of the main frame, and rotates with clamping the silicon ingot. The second grinding devices are installed at both upper sides of the main frame, and are separated from the back of a first grinding device.
