<p>PURPOSE: A recovery apparatus for a waste battery is provided to improve the restitution of a battery by conducting charging after discharging to completely delete the memory function of the battery. CONSTITUTION: A recovery apparatus for a waste battery comprises a charging/discharging drive part (100) conducting the charging and discharging of the battery; a driver control part (200) controlling the operation of the charging and discharging drive part; a main control part (300) controlling operation, detecting the connection state of the battery, conducting charging or discharging, and analyzing the performance of the charged battery to check the charging state of the battery; an input part (400) receiving input from a user; and a display part (500) displaying the charging state.
