<p>The invention relates to an active system for functional isolation of storing tanks for fluids, such as liquids or gases. According to the invention, the system comprises an isolation assembly () consisting of an internal pipe () coming from inside a storing tank and passing through an orifice in the tank wall, having provided a flange () and an external pipe () continuing to the external part of the tank, provided with another flange (), on the internal pipe () there being provided a circular resilient enclosure () having a single inflatable chamber and a mobile circular ring (), the flange () of the internal pipe () and the mobile ring () being fixed by means of some screws on two rings () integral with the internal part and external part, respectively, of the wall of the tank wherein some threaded orifices are cut, the enclosure () being inflated by means of a control subsystem () consisting of a compressor pump (), by means of some electromagnetically-actuated valves (), depending on the preset value of the pressure, the values measured by means of some pressure transducers () and some control signals emitted by a control unit (), when the preset pressure value changes exceeding certain accepted limits or when a smoothness transducer () detects that a service pipe passing through the orifice is displaced, such as under the action of a settling.</p> |
