The present invention describes a process for obtaining a sheet with characteristics similar to cold reduced sheets but without using the normal processes of cold rolled followed by the annealing of the sheet applied for the re-crystallization of the grain deformed during the cold deformation of steel; the characteristics of the product obtained by this process are fulfilled in a 100% for the physical specifications of a cold-rolled sheet tempered in commercial qualities, deep stamping and extra deep stamping, which are guaranteed due to the chemical composition and lamination practices of the hot rolled sheet. The Skin Pass conventional process may not remove in a complete manner the rough finish of the hot-rolled sheet, which may include scales, pores and smooth marks, also having the risk of marking the sheet by the accumulation of the scales husk in the stamping rollers in the sheet surface, since this process is a dry process. The application of this process may remove the scale husk and provide a finish similar to that of a cold-rolled sheet, but not equal to the tempered descaled sheet.
