<p>The invention relates to a process for preparing a composite with antimicrobial activity used for packing food products. According to the invention, the process consists in activating polyethylene films in corona discharge plasma, immersing them into a solution of 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide and N-hydroxysuccinimide in a molar ratio of 7:1 or N, N''-carbonyldiimidazole of 20 mM concentration in ethanol, after which the thus activated films are coated by electrospraying with a mixture solution of 2.5% chitosan and 0.5% vitamin E in acetic acid, wherefrom there result a laminated composite having an inhibiting effect upon gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria.</p> |
