PURPOSE: A display device is provided to prevent a gate-on voltage, which drives gate lines, from dropping, thereby improving display quality. CONSTITUTION: A display device comprises a display panel (110), a timing controller (120), a data driver (130), a voltage generator (140), and a gate driver (150). The display panel includes a plurality of data lines (D1-Dm) elongated in a first direction (X1) and a plurality of gate lines (G1-Gn) elongated in a second direction (X2). The data driver drives the plurality of data line, and the gate driver drives the plurality of gate lines. The timing controller controls the data driver in response to an image signal and a control signal and outputs first and second kickback voltages. The voltage generator outputs first and second gate-on voltages lines in response to the first and second kickback voltages in order to drive the plurality of gate lines.
