#CMT# #/CMT# The wheels have wheel elements (F) e.g. tier and tread tier, arranged in contact with the ground, and moved and sliding freely between divided flanges integrated with a hub (K) of the wheel. An inner air chamber (E) realizes suspension and damping. The wheel elements in contact with the ground are placed on a rim that comprises a side flange sliding between the divided flanges independent of the hub. The wheel elements are made of rigid or semi-rigid material such as rubber, plastic or wood.
