PURPOSE: A winding wire and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simply manufacture a coil by bonding a wire without current. CONSTITUTION: A first wire is comprised of a plurality of enamel wires (110) (S110). First yam covers the outer circumference surface of the first wire (S120). Second yam (130) responds to acetone (140). The second yam is melted at the outer circumference surface of the first yam (S130). The acetone is coated on the second yam. The second yam responds to the acetone. A winding wire is bonded in response to the acetone (S140). When the second yam is coated on the outer circumference surface of the first yam, the weights of the second yam is maintained as the 15% of the first yam.
