596137 Disclosed are compounds with two fused bicyclic heteroaryl moieties of formula I and their pharmaceutical compositions, and methods of using them as leukotriene A4 hydrolase (LTA4H) modulators and for the treatment of diseases, disorders and conditions mediated by LTA4H. Specific embodiments of the compounds include the following: 2-(3-pyrrolidin-1-ylmethyl-1H-indol-6-yloxy)-benzothiazole, 1-[6-(benzothiazol-2-yloxy)-1H-indol-3-ylmethyl]-piperidine-4-carboxylic acid methylamide, { 1-[6-(benzothiazol-2-yloxy)-1H-indol-3-ylmethyl]-piperidin-4-yl} -methanol, and meso-8-[5-(thiazolo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-yloxy)-benzofuran-2-ylmethyl]-3,8-diazabicyclo [3.2.1]octane-3-carboxylic acid amide.
