PURPOSE: A method for heating sterilizing and concentrating materials contaminated with harmful bacteria is provided to immediately directly treat materials contaminated with harmful bacteria using a heating container. CONSTITUTION: A method for heating sterilizing and concentrating materials contaminated with harmful bacteria includes the following: contaminated materials are transferred from a water collecting bath to a filtering unit through a feeding pipe in order to filter contaminants; water is introduced into a heating container(30) equipped with an inlet(31) and an outlet(32) and is heated based on a heater(33) in order to generate sterilizing environment; the contaminants are supplied to the heating container and are sterilized and concentrated in the heating container; exhaust vapor from the heating container is re-heated to be discharged; and the concentrated materials are collected.
