The invention relates to the production of complex calcium greases usable in a wide range of temperature intervals, in particular to consistent greases based on a vegetable oil used in all torsional, rotating, rubbing parts in different industrial and transport means. The invention is aimed at a process simplification of grease production with a wide temperature range. The assigned task is solved by mixing a mineral oil, complex-formative agent - acetic acid, sulfonated organic compounds with subsequent saponification of the mixture by calcium hydrooxide with heating of soap-in-oil system at the temperature of grease boiling, cooling and homogenization, where, according to the invention, prior to the saponification a technical vegetable oil, sulfonated by a concentrated sulfuric acid is introduced in the system as a biomass with the following ratio sulfuric acid to the technical vegetable oil 1:5-7 and the sulfomass to the system 1:5-7. |
