PURPOSE: An inverted organic light emitting device and a display device including the same are provided to improve light emitting efficiency by improving electron injection properties from a bottom electrode to a light emitting layer. CONSTITUTION: A top electrode faces a bottom electrode (121). A light emitting layer is interposed between the bottom electrode and the top electrode. An electron transport layer (125) is interposed between the light emitting layer and the bottom electrode. A hole transport layer (127) is interposed between the light emitting layer and the top electrode. A pn-junction layer (122) is interposed between the electron transport layer and the bottom electrode and includes a p-doped layer and an n-doped layer formed on the p-doped layer. A hole generating layer (128) is interposed between the hole transport layer and the top electrode. The p-doped layer includes a first hole transport material and p-dopant.
