<p>The invention relates to a plate made of reinforced plaster, meant to be used in constructions for carrying out internal partitioning self-supporting walls or internal plates of outer walls and to a process to carry out said plate. According to the invention, the plate comprises a central reinforcement, located on two levels by two meshes (1 and 2) of glass fiber, fastened by some spacers (3), the reinforcement being pretensioned on two directions by means of some dies (5) for clamping meshes (1 and 2) and some pretensioning devices (6). The claimed process consists in arranging a pre-tensioned reinforcement in a wood or plastic formwork onto which there is poured fluid plaster, leaving, at the ends of the formed plates, an excedentary reinforcement portion, the joining of more plates being carried out by overlapping the excedentary reinforcement and caulking the joint with plaster paste.</p> |
