PURPOSE: An automobile headliner with high acoustic absorptivity is provided to ensure marketability and acoustic absorptivity by forming a hot melt film layer and a flexible urethane foam layer and inserting a felt layer between the hot melt film layer and the flexible urethane foam layer. CONSTITUTION: An automobile headliner with high acoustic absorptivity comprises a base material layer(10) and a material layer(20) formed on the top of the base material layer. The material layer comprises a first film layer, a felt layer, a flexible urethane foam layer, and a skin layer. The first film layer is made of an air permeability film or hot melt film. The felt layer is made of a nonwoven with the thickness of 0.5-3mm and is formed on the top of the first film layer. The flexible urethane foam layer is made of flexible urethane with the density of 18-35kg/m^3 and the thickness of 2-6mm and is formed on the top of the felt layer. The skin layer is made of polyester with thickness of 0.5-2mm and is formed on the top of the flexible urethane foam layer. |
