PURPOSE: A method and a system for loading divided blocks of a ship are provided to reduce work time in a ship construction site as all processes such as the assembly of cross-sectional blocks, the installation of fittings, and painting are completed in each floor of a multiple-layered block factory. CONSTITUTION: A method for loading divided blocks of a ship is as follows. Cross-sectional blocks for each floor of a ship are manufactured in each floor of a multi-layered block factory(S100). The manufactured cross-sectional blocks are moved to a lifting plate of a block lifter by a horizontal moving device(S140). The cross-sectional blocks are moved to a ship construction site with a block transferring and loading device for loading(S160). The cross-sectional blocks are stacked and connected in a vertical direction of the ship in order to construct the ship(S180).
