NAVIGATION METHOD AND NAVIGATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A navigation method and a navigation system are provided to provide an improved method. CONSTITUTION: A navigation method includes: a step of determining a route (20); a step of displaying the route on a map (10); a step of determining a starting point (22) on the route; a step of outputting a starting command (23) for the starting point; a step of representing a present position on the route with a position symbol (21) on the map; a step of determining junctions (17,18) between the position symbol and the starting point on the route; a step of determining roads (11,12) branching off from the route at the junctions; a step of indicating the roads with blocking flags on the map; a step of determining passes (29) through the junctions; and a step of varying the blocking flags on the map with the function of the passes.
