The device has a closed space in the form of a basket (2) with size and shape sufficient to encircle all clothes intended to be dried while providing the function of reception of clothes in the event of accidental fall of the clothes. Allogements (6) are formed at upper edges of the basket, so as to allow passage of threaded rods that are screwed to brackets (4) and corners (5). The brackets and the corners are fixed with a drying structure and a wall, respectively. A plate (8) is coupled to a lower part of the basket for collecting water discharged by the clothes.
