PURPOSE: A nickel alloy powder and a manufacturing method are provided to manufacture metal powder in which the number of connection particles is reduced. CONSTITUTION: A nickel alloy powder is obtained by using an evaporative method obtaining particles from a gaseous raw material and includes 1% or less of the number of the connection particles with respect to the number of the entire particles. The raw material includes 0.5-60 wt% of tin. The nickel ally powder has a specific surface area more than 10 nm and less than 200 nm.
