AN OPHTHALMIC LENS WITH SEGMENTED RING LAYERS IN A FUNCTIONALIZED INSERT

PURPOSE: An ophthalmic lens with segmented ring layers in a functionalized insert is provided to design the lens which integrates reflective characteristics into the inside, thereby providing a vision correction function. CONSTITUTION: A substrate layer insert is formed with a functionalized layer insert (110). The layers of the substrate insert is encapsulated inside a body material (120). The body material is completely included in the entire circumference of the ophthalmic lens. Layers (130, 131) include a power source. A power regulation layer (132) controls the usage of battery power.
