The device (10) has a filling post (14) filling a container (12) that is arranged at a right part of a valve unit (16), where the valve unit is manually controlled by an opening unit (22). A closing unit closes the valve unit. Triggering of the closing unit is controlled by determined weight of a material (20) in the container for ensuring automatic closing of the valve unit when the container is filled with determined quantity of the material. An activating unit (26) i.e. stud, is mechanically integrated to the valve unit.
