PURPOSE: A stepper type exercise device is provided to enable various users to safely and easily exercise without injuries. CONSTITUTION: A stepper type exercise device (100) comprises a base plate (110) which is formed with a lower concave ball mounting unit for mounting balls, a rotary plate (120) which is installed on the base plate and selectively rotates in both directions, an inclined guide (140) which is formed with a stopper for limiting the rotational angle of the guide roller on the upper surface of the front and rear ends thereof; a vertical connection shaft (150) which is vertically extended from one side of the upper surface of the rotary plate, a horizontal connection shaft (160) which connects to the vertical connection shaft and protrudes from both sides of the top of the vertical connection shaft, and a pair of footstools (170) which connect to the horizontal connection shaft, correspond to the feet of a user, and have a fixing bracket (171) which is rotationally fixed to the lower part thereof. |
